According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, a Building Registration Certificate is required for unlicensed buildings built before December 31, 2017 and those that violate the license and its annexes. Necessary map and architectural project drawing procedures are carried out for land owners who have applied for zoning peace and received a building permit to transfer to the floor easement and obtain a new title deed.

The building that has received a building registration certificate is measured on-site (Roleve) and the construction area entered in the building registration certificate is checked. If the area in the building registration document is different from the current area, the building registration certificate is updated via E-Government and made suitable for the current area. A new building registration certificate is obtained after the building registration certificate fee is paid according to the new construction area.

Earthquake insurance (DASK) for the building is taken out by the land owner.

If the building is not registered in the municipality, it is registered for property tax.

After our survey engineers make on-site measurements for the ground determination report of the building that has received a building registration certificate, the ground determination report is prepared and delivered to the general directorate of cadastre.

An architectural project is prepared according to the measurements taken to replace the existing building that has received a building registration certificate.

After submitting the ground determination report to the land registry office for the building for which the architectural project has been prepared, floor easement deeds for the existing building are issued.

The process is completed by going to the municipality to which it is affiliated, along with the title deeds with building registration certificate (İmar Barışlı), and having real estate declarations and address (UAVT) records made.
